These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and TK666 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://tk666.casa and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "TK666 Platform").

TK666 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform, providing Malaysian users and international players with access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports wagering, and related entertainment services. Our platform is designed to serve adult users who are at least 21 years of age and who are accessing the service from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the TK666 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the TK666 platform, through which the User accesses platform services.
• "Balance" means the total funds credited to a User's Account, including real-money deposits, winnings, and eligible bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a User pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported by the TK666 platform for deposits and withdrawals by Malaysian-resident Users.
• "Platform" refers to the TK666 website, web application, and all related digital services accessible at https://tk666.casa.
• "Services" means all gambling, betting, gaming, payment, and ancillary services made available through the TK666 platform.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a User through the platform on a sporting event, casino game, or other available market.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required for account validation and withdrawal processing.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified algorithmic system that determines outcomes in electronic casino games.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who is ineligible to use the platform by reason of age, jurisdiction, or any other disqualifying circumstance as defined in these Terms.

To register for and use a TK666 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. TK666 strictly enforces an age minimum of 21 for all casino and betting activities.
2. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of TK666, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
5. You must not have been previously excluded from the TK666 platform through a self-exclusion request or administrative closure for breach of these Terms.
6. You must not be registered under any other TK666 account. Only one (1) account per person is permitted at any time.
7. You must not be registered on any national, regional, or industry self-exclusion database that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.

By registering an account on TK666, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements. If you cease to meet any eligibility requirement at any point, you must immediately cease using the platform and notify our support team.

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying TK666 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security at [email protected].

TK666 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from TK666 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

As part of our KYC obligations, TK666 may require you to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to: a valid government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian residents), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

The TK666 platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, automated access, scraping, or data harvesting of any kind is strictly prohibited. You agree to use the platform strictly in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree that you will NOT, at any time:

• Use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any aspect of the platform software.
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Collude with other players or engage in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or advantage play designed to systematically exploit the platform.
• Engage in money laundering or use the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten TK666 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data that are not your own.
• Circumvent any geo-restriction, IP block, or access control implemented by TK666.
• Make chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after consuming platform services.

TK666 employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account found to be in breach of these terms of use will be suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently closed with balances forfeited where applicable law and regulatory requirements permit.

TK666 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• TK666 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from accounts held in your own name.
• TK666 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that raises anti-money laundering (AML) concerns.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• TK666 aims to process approved withdrawals within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions, subject to bank processing times.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.
• TK666 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests in compliance with AML obligations.

TK666 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback, free credits, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. TK666 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements will be clearly communicated at the point of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, reverse-engineering bonus mechanics, or exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intent — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• TK666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Bonus credits are non-transferable and carry no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, TK666's determination shall be final and binding.

All wagers placed through TK666 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between general platform rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

Sports Betting:

• Odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a wager. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system are the odds that shall apply.
• TK666 covers a wide range of sports markets popular among Malaysian players, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, and international events including UFC.
• TK666 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by clearly erroneous odds, technical errors, or events that have already commenced without the bettor's knowledge.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are published within the relevant betting interface.

Casino & Live Dealer Games:

• All electronic games operate on certified RNG systems. Game outcomes are determined independently of any prior outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. Once a wager is accepted by the dealer system, it cannot be altered or cancelled.
• TK666 is not responsible for interruptions to live streaming caused by network or connectivity issues on the User's end. Wagers already accepted prior to any interruption will stand.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

TK666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and that it is our obligation to provide tools and resources that help our members maintain control over their gambling activity.

TK666 offers the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts to notify them of the time spent on the platform.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently or long-term exclude themselves from TK666 may submit a self-exclusion request through our support team. Self-exclusion once confirmed is binding for the chosen duration and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

All content on the TK666 platform — including but not limited to the TK666 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, and any other proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of TK666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without express written authorisation from TK666.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use TK666's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape platform content for commercial or non-personal purposes.

Any unauthorised use of TK666's intellectual property may result in legal action. TK666 reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TK666, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or content.
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
• Damages arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or system failures.
• Damages arising from the conduct of third-party payment processors or game studios.

TK666's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit TK666's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your TK666 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of withdrawal processing conditions.

TK666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform promotions.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any activity designed to defraud TK666 or other users.
• Any account that is determined to be duplicate, shared, or operated by a Prohibited User.
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms, TK666 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are confirmed as legitimately won and are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms, they will be returned to the account holder following the conclusion of any investigation.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which TK666 holds its operating licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Each party waives any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Notwithstanding the above, TK666 reserves the right to seek interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its legitimate business interests, intellectual property rights, or confidential information.

TK666 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice through the platform or via email to registered Members.

Your continued use of the TK666 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

We encourage all Members to review these Terms periodically. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a TK666 Member.
